Swarowski har dd. sagsøgt Leica i England og Tyskland for a) at krænke deres patent, b) at krænke deres brugsmodelret - begge vedr. Swarowski Z6 serien. Swarowski kræver at Leica tilbagekalder Leica Magnus modelserien, samt herudover erstatning. Stævningen er indgivet på grundlag af den viden man har fået på IWA 2011 om Leica Magnus.
