Wood on both Coopers came just that way as standard grade
for each riffel. Actually the Montana varminter which is suppost to be the higher grade riffel ..has stock wood that is no better than the Cooper varminter in the forground.
Maybe jeg was just lucky with the wood that came on the standard varminter model... it sure seems nicer than other Cooper varminters
