New Affordable Lightweight Franchi Renaissance features Scroll Engraving
A new affordable lightweight over & under shotgun called the Renaissance joins the Franchi family. Combining tradition with technology and maintaining the best features from the previous Alcione and Veloce models, the Renaissance represents a new beginning for an innovative line of light, fast and reliable over & under shotguns.
Weighing less than any comparable over & under, the Renaissance utilizes a lightweight aluminum alloy receiver that’s strengthened with steel inserts and enhanced with scroll engraving and gold embellishments. A true Prince of Wales stock is cut from highly figured select walnut that features cut checkering and sports a traditional oil finish to compliment the wood’s beautiful grain pattern. Franchi’s patented recoil-reducing system diminishes felt-recoil up 44 percent, making the lightweight Renaissance a pleasure to shoot.

The Renaissance comes in either 12-, 20- or 28-gauge and is available in three grades—Elite, Classic and Field.
