Tipton® Introduces Gun Butler™

Battenfeld Technologies, Inc. officially announced today its new Gun Butler gun cleaning caddy, manufactured under the Tipton brand of gun cleaning products.
The Gun Butler offers a convenient all-in-one cleaning/carrying/storage solution, with two removable non-marring forks (which snap into the base for easy storage) to hold the gun securely in place, while thoughtfully-planned compartments and slots hold bore solvent, jags, brushes, mops, a cleaning rod, spray lubricant, tools - everything a shooter needs to clean a gun - all with a convenient carrying handle for easy transport.

"For many hunters and shooters, gun cleaning is enough of a chore as it is without having to keep track of all the tools and supplies it takes to clean a gun properly," says Dennis Cauley, Product Design Engineer. "What's more, most people who dependably clean on a regular basis, often clean both at the shop and on the range. The Gun Butler offers an affordable, convenient solution for both storage and transportation of everything."

The Tipton Gun Butler debuts in the 2009 catalog and should hit shelves in January with an estimated retail price around $25.

Battenfeld Technologies, Inc. today announced the launch of the new Lead Sled® Plus, the next-generation version of the revolutionary Lead Sled recoil reduction rest.

"We simply took a great product and made it even better," says Adam Birk, New Model Manager.

According to Battenfeld president Russ Potterfield, "... the Lead Sled has always been a popular product. Since its debut in 2003, it's been the shooting rest against which all others have been judged." With these improvements and an aggressive a national ad campaign designed to promote the new rest, Battenfeld executives are forecasting a spike in consumer interest in the Lead Sled family of shooting rests, which also includes the Lead Sled DFT.

The Lead Sled Plus will debut at the 2009 SHOT Show in Orlando, FL and is expected to retail for around $130.

Platinum G3 series is high-end choice for serious shooters

Battenfeld Technologies, Inc. has announced the addition of the Platinum SeriesTM G3TM to its line of electronic hearing protection.

The G3 offers several upgrades over the popular E-MAXTM ear muffs, including a comfortable padded fleece headband, independent left/right volume control and special "sound compression" circuitry that both limits loud noises without "cutting out" and amplifies low-level sounds, allowing the wearer to have continued conversations during shooting.

"Battenfeld is dedicated to pushing the envelope of quality and value, and the G3 hearing protection is no exception," says New Model Manager Adam Birk. "We set out to build the best features at an affordable price into a comfortable and easy-to-wear set, and with the Platinum Series G3, we've done just that."

The Platinum Series G3 hearing protection will debut at the 2009 SHOT Show in Orlando, FL and is expected to retail for around $59.

The 7-Rest is a truly innovative shooting accessory that utilizes a unique design to deliver exceptional versatility and true value. The asymmetric frame provides great stability while maximizing length adjustability. By simply loosening the lock knob, the angle between the two halves of the frame can be adjusted to change the distance between the front and rear supports. Having the frame offset to the side of the gun also gives adequate clearance for extended magazines on semi-autos (AR-15), lever actions and rolling blocks.

Another benefit of the frame design is the ability to reverse it for right or left handed shooting comfort. Fully adjustable overmolded front and rear supports hold your gun securely while protecting the stock and forend. All these features rolled into one rest result in a rock-solid, all-in-one shooting base with plenty of height and length adjustment to accommodate guns of virtually any length. Folds quickly for easy transport and storage.

Works great with AR-15s and lever-action rifles
Ambidextrous - folds to accommodate right or left-handed shooters
Overmolded supports
Folds compact for transport and storage

The BR Pivot™ is the finest shooting bench available. It combines the best materials, an unparalleled design and years of thinking, field use and continuous development into a complete package that is ready for a lifetime of service.

There’s nothing newfangled about the BR Pivot – it’s bombproof, foolproof, and ready for users that are serious about accuracy. The “Pivot” part of the name references the most useful feature – use the bolts at the base of the bench to align the bench stem and tabletop so that the top is parallel with the horizon.

The seat and bench top then pivot on center and maintain a constant tabletop attitude.
You can spin three hundred and sixty degrees to make shots and your tabletop will always be parallel to the horizon!
The padded seat can be adjusted for any height between 16” and 27”, and the pivoting function can be locked rigidly in a single shooting position if desired.
The top is made from edgeglued American hardwood with a durable finish; the top measures 45""x 26"".
Butcher block top is attractive, traditional and functional.
Particularly good for those who always use rests with spiked feet or users that live and shoot in dry climates.
The wood top can be installed for right-handed or left-handed shooters.
The bench breaks down into four pieces and weighs a total of 65 pounds when assembled.
