Viele Vollblutjäger, die auf Mauser eingeschworen sind, haben auf diese Entwicklung gewartet. Der Synthetikschaft der Extreme harmoniert perfekt mit dem klassischen Auftritt der M 03. Er verbindet sich mit dem hochwertigen Stahl von System und Lauf zu einer Waffe, die jede klimatische Herausforderung wie extreme Kälte, Hitze oder Feuchtigkeit meistert. Der hochstabile, bruchsichere geräuscharme Kunststoff-Ganzschaft ist mit schwarzen Elastomer-Einlagen ausgestattet. Der Riemenbügel befindet sich an der Stirnseite des Vorderschafts. An der Verstärkung im Vorderschaftsbereich kann eine Basis für ein Zweibein montiert werden. Plasma-nitrierter Stahl harmoniert mit der grau-schwarzen Farbgebung des Schafts. Die M 03 Extreme gibt es auch in den Ausführungen Africa, Solid und Jagdmatch
