Da jeg sætter pris på kvaliteten i arbejdet vil jeg høre om der er nogen der har erfaringer med Gamefair i Nærum?

Hej jeg søger en gevindsnittab, hvis stigning passer til M95 flammeskjuler ( indvendig gevind ø12,6 mm ) gevindet er amerikansk tommesgeving og meget fin, jeg har målt stigningen, men har ikke lige tallene her på stående fod, men kan oplyses hvis det hjælper. Jeg har kikket under special snittappe i en katalog på mit arbejde, men kunne ikke finde stigningen der. Så hvis der er nogle der vil sælge og ved hvor man kan købe sådan en snittab, så jeg jeg blive meget lykkelig....mvh speedman

Det blir inget åtal mot de tre män som kröp in i ett björnide i Kalixtrakten och fotograferade tre björnungar i april.

Polisutredningen har inte visat att de har varit uppenbart vårdslösa eller haft uppsåt att störa björnarna, skriver Norrländska Socialdemokraten.

DJ 25/11-2005 Organiseret jagtmodstand er ikke kun noget, man finder i England eller omkring de tyske storbyer.

Slesvig-Holstens delstatsregering måtte i sidste uge aflyse en stor fællesjagt i det statsejede naturområde Segeberger Forst syd for Kiel.

Aflysningen kom blot få dage inden jagten skulle finde sted, og årsagen var, at militante dyreværnsekstremister havde varslet omfattende aktioner i forbindelse med jagten.

Det betød, at arrangørerne ikke længere kunne forvente, at jagten kunne gennemføres med det ønskede resultat.

Ekstremisterne har efterfølgende fået opbakning fra enkelte politikere i den slesvig-holstenske landdag.

Regulering af vildtbestanden gennem jagt er ellers lovbefalet i statsskoven, og siden midten af 1950'erne har der hvert år været gennemført én stor årlig jagt med omkring 200 deltagere i området.

Den slesvig-holstenske miljøminister, Christian von Boetticher, har udtalt, at det er beklageligt, at jagten skal blæses af på et grundlag, der savner ethvert sagligt fodfæste, og som i stedet alene baserer sig på følelser. Men stillet over for truslen om et massivt opbud af jagtmodstandere i skoven, ser han ingen grund til at afholde en jagt, der hverken udbyttemæssigt eller sikkerhedsmæssigt vil kunne gennemføres på forsvarlig vis.

Weatherby Brings Back the Mark V® Ultramark™ as Its New Top-of-the-Line Traditional-Wood Rifle

Weatherby’s Mark V® Ultramark™ returns in 2006 as the company’s new top-of-the-line traditional-wood production rifle for big game hunters and shooters.

“Last seen in Weatherby’s line from 1989 to 1991, the Ultramark returns this year as the bridge between our Mark V Deluxe and a custom-built rifle,” said Brad Ruddell, Weatherby’s vice president of sales and marketing. “The Mark V Deluxe is one of the most widely-recognized and copied rifles in the world. However, some customers have told us they want an even more deluxe Deluxe. That’s the Ultramark, which is all about great wood, with additional custom touches normally found only on rifles from our custom shop. This rifle is truly distinctive.”

Ultramark features a stock of highly figured, exhibition-grade walnut. The high-gloss, raised-comb Monte Carlo stock sports elaborate 20 LPI checkering and double spacers of maplewood and ebony on the buttstock, forend and pistol grip cap.

Weatherby craftsmen take great care to bed, fit and finish each of the Ultramark’s walnut stocks, which are hand selected. Steel rods are epoxied strategically in the action mortice and wrist to aid in strengthening the stock in these areas. The rosewood forend and pistol grip cap are specially selected to match color and grain, then shaped and finished to feel like a single piece of wood. The recoil pad is precisely fit and finished to match the contour of the stock for a custom look.

Weatherby introduces the Vanguard® Deluxe, a wood-stock rifle designed to offer hunters and shooters an affordable combination of eye-catching good looks and superior shooting performance.

Weatherby has tightened the accuracy guarantee of its new Vanguard® SUB-MOA Varmint rifle for hunters and shooters who enjoy the challenge of taking long shots at small targets.

The Vanguard SUB-MOA Varmint comes with a factory-shot target to guarantee accuracy of a 3-shot group of .99 inch or less at 100 yards when used with specified Weatherby factory or premium (non-Weatherby calibers) ammunition.

Fokus på etikken i jagten

Der var mere tale om at tage ting til efterretning end egentlig debat om forvaltningen af kronvildt, da Kronvildtgruppe Vestjylland indkaldte til stormøde i aftes

Med hovedparten af den danske bestand af kronvildt placeret i det område Kronvildtgruppe Vestjylland dækker, var det selvfølgelig emner som jagtetiske regler, en skæv kønsfordeling blandt kronvildtet på grund af for stor afskydning af hjorte og en skæv aldersfordeling hos hjortene med alt for få store hjorte, der var blandt emnerne på det debatmøde, kronvildtgruppen havde indkaldt til i Mejdal i aftes.

På mødet var det de store linjer i forvaltningen af kronvildtet, der skulle debatteres. Først senere på tre lokale møder er det meningen, at der skal snakkes om afskydningspolitik med mere.

Så i aftes var der ikke den store debat, selv om op mod 350 jægere, landmænd, skovejere og andre med interesse for kronvildt var mødt op.

Jagtetiske regler omkring det ønskelige i kun at skyde et stykke kronvildt årligt på 50 hektar, at skyde færre hjorte, at drive bæredygtig jagt, at vise nabohensyn, undgå driv- og trykjagter i september og så videre, var der ikke indvendinger mod.

Der var heller ingen, der ikke kunne se, at der er en skæv kønsfordeling og en skæv aldersfordeling blandt andet fordi, der tidligere blev skudt ti hjorte for hver enkelt hind uden for Klosterhedens distrikt, hvor dialog nu har ændret de tal til fire hjorte for hver hind, nu hvor der også kun skydes kronebærende hjorte på distriktet.

Alligevel var statsskovrider Thomas Borup Svendsen fra Klosterhedens Statsskovdistrikt godt tilfreds med mødet.

- Vi har haft en konstruktiv debat med meget fokus på det jagtetiske, og det er en god ting. Vi går ind for dialog, og vi har haft lejlighed til at forklare, hvordan vi ser på tingene fra skovens side. Jeg er positivt overrasket over det store fremmøde, og vi har været meget glade for arrangementet, sagde Thomas Borup Svendsen.
